1.鸡蛋,水,油放入盆里充分搅拌均匀。

2.放入白糖充分搅拌均匀。

3.小苏打和面粉混合过筛。

4.混合过筛的粉类倒入液体里,稍微搅拌。

5.放入熟芝麻。

6.轻轻揉成团即可,不要过度揉搓。

7.面团分成10克的剂子,在芝麻里滚,裹一层芝麻。用空气炸,不要沾水,芝麻不会掉。

8.全部弄好放在烤网上,要又间隙,因为烤了以后会膨胀很多。

9.烤箱开启空气炸功能,180度预热3分钟,入烤箱15分钟。

10.非油炸的开口笑就做好了,个个开口。
小窍门&温馨提示
用空气炸做出了的开口笑,开口效果和油炸的一样好,口感则比油炸的硬些,油炸的油多会更酥,但没有这样做健康。
